Why choose
online coaching?
I have over 18 years in the fitness and nutrition industry. I have a degree in physical education with a focus on nutrition. I’m a military spouse that designed this exact strategy to teach other busy women how to do that same. I created the Plan Learn Thrive coaching business while my husband was deployed and I was a new mom that wanted to live her life. Not just survive. I wanted to feel comfortable in my skin and teach my children the importance of movement, nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
Being a busy woman isn’t easy. I want to guide and teach women how to create the body, mind and life they truly want whether that be at home or in a gym (a busy mom needs options and that's why online training is so great! It can be done on your own time). Being proactive versus reactive about your health and wellness is key. My goal is to show busy moms they can achieve it all through a whole body approach: time saving fitness (even at home), sustainable nutrition, positive habits and mindset.
